Saturday 24th October

Birmingham City Council have announced that they will be giving food vouchers  for the half term holiday for those on Free School Meals. They will be providing these to us after the holiday and we will send them to you.

If you are in difficulty there is support available from the Birmingham Children’s Partnership here.

Friday 23rd  October

Half Term Holiday
We break up today for one week’s holiday. Enjoy your children! We come back to school on Monday 2nd November .

Get Your Uniforms Out!
After the half term holiday we will be bringing back school uniform. Children should continue to wear track suit bottoms and school jumpers on PE days – Monday and Thursday. You can order school jumpers on SQUID.

New Collection Time
After half term we will be changing the collection times – parents can collect between 3 and 3.15pm.

Get Dancing!
All the family can take part the Jerusalema Challenge! Watch this video…then video your family dancing and email it to us!

Black History Month
Find out about 100 Great Black Britons this month. Margaret Ebunoluwa Aderin-Pocock  is a British Space Scientist and Science Educator. She is an Honorary Research Associate of University College London’s Department of Physics and Astronomy.

Coronavirus
Please keep your child at home if they are unwell. If your child or anyone in your house has a temperature or continuous, dry cough, you should get a test by ringing 119 or apply  online here. 8pm in the evening is often a good time to apply. While you are waiting for a test, everyone in your house should isolate.
Please let us know when you get a test result back.

Term Dates 2020-2021
You can see the year’s term dates here. St Vincent’s holidays will be slightly different to other Birmingham schools next year as we will be having a special Easter Celebration. This means a short Easter Holiday and a longer May half term holiday.
