Early Help Lead Worker (Part‑Time, Afternoons Only) Catholic Primary School
Our Catholic primary school is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Early Help Lead Worker to support our children and families each afternoon. Rooted in the Gospel values of compassion, dignity, and service, this role is ideal for someone who feels called to help every child flourish in a safe, caring, and faith‑filled environment.
As our DSL‑trained safeguarding lead, you will champion the wellbeing of pupils, ensuring that safeguarding practice reflects both statutory guidance and our Catholic commitment to seeing Christ in every child. You will work closely with staff, families, parish partners, and external agencies to provide early, effective support that strengthens family life and promotes the holistic development of each child.
